1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the website hasftravels.in or booking any services with HASF Tour &
Travels, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these
terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
HASF Tour & Travels provides tour and travel services in Kashmir including but not limited to:
- Customized tour packages
- Hotel and houseboat reservations
- Transportation (cab/vehicle rental)
- Sightseeing and excursion arrangements
- Activity bookings (trekking, skiing, rafting, etc.)
- Airport/railway station pickup and drop
3. Booking & Confirmation
- A booking is confirmed only after receiving the advance payment as communicated by our team.
- The booking confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.
- Please verify all details (names, dates, number of travelers) upon receiving confirmation.
- Any changes to the booking must be communicated at least 7 days before the travel date.
4. Payment Terms
- Advance Payment: A minimum of 30% of the total package cost is required to confirm a
booking.
- Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival or as agreed upon.
- Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, UPI, and cash payments.
- All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without prior notice.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you wish to cancel your booking, the following cancellation charges will apply:
- 30+ days before travel: Full refund minus processing fee (₹500)
- 15–29 days before travel: 75% refund
- 7–14 days before travel: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days: No refund
- No-show: No refund
Cancellations due to natural calamities, government restrictions, or force majeure events will be handled on
a case-by-case basis, and we will try our best to offer a full refund or rescheduling.
6. Itinerary Changes
While we make every effort to follow the planned itinerary, we reserve the right to modify the trip due to:
- Weather conditions (snowfall, road closures, landslides)
- Government/security advisories
- Road conditions or construction
- Hotel/transport unavailability
In such cases, suitable alternatives will be arranged at no extra cost.
7. Traveler's Responsibilities
- Carry valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, etc.)
- Inform us about any medical conditions or dietary requirements in advance
- Follow the instructions of guides and drivers for safety
- Respect local customs, traditions, and the environment
- We are not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during the trip
8. Liability Limitations
HASF Tour & Travels acts as a facilitator and coordinator of travel services. We shall not be held
responsible for:
- Delays or cancellations of flights or public transport
- Injuries or health issues arising during the trip
- Loss of baggage or personal items
- Any third-party service failures (hotels, restaurants, activity providers)
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance.
9. Photography & Reviews
By booking with us, you grant HASF Tour & Travels permission to use photographs and testimonials shared
during or after the trip for marketing and promotional purposes on our website and social media, unless you
explicitly opt out.
10. Website Content
All content on hasftravels.in — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of HASF Tour &
Travels and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.
